I'm not sure what this means. I have used this card before to purchase games a couple of years ago. Whenever I try to use my debit card to pay anything on xbox it gives me PI-BannedPaymentInstrument. I have no idea why my card would be banned I used it last year and it worked fine. I'd just like to use my card so I can download games straight to my console. Please help me fix this problem. Everything is ok with the card and it has money in it. At the bottom of the message it says : "PI-BannedPaymentInstrument". I'm not sure what this means.
